"What Is It?" "I Don't Know -- Whatever It Is, It's Warm"
Today begins the first annual National Sunshine Week. A very simple idea: openness and accountability in government, something which has been sorely lacking in the Bush administration and which has been filtering down to state and local governments as well.
The governments are supposed to be our employees. Let's start making them responsible to us.
